31. Gaeng Kiew Wan
A traditional Thai green curry. With green bell peppers, Aubergine, Sweet Basil and green chillies. A best-seller in any restaurant.

A favourite of ours, we make this rich red curry at least once a week at home. Lovely in the summer but real winter warmer food. Not due to spiciness, but the depth of flavour. A dry red curry made with chillies, kaffir lime leaves, and coconut milk. We’d go with the beef for this one, due to the ideal texture of the meat complimenting the dish.

A creamy, coconut milk based curry. With potato, onion, roasted peanuts and star anise. This is a traditionally a mild curry by Thai standards.

Traditionally a hot curry, although it can be made to your required heat level. A red curry base with Long beans, baby corn, bell peppers, peppercorns, hot basil and Thai ëkra chaií root (a relative of ginger root.) This curry contains no coconut milk.

“Pa Laam” refers to a green wizard like character from an ancient Thai folk story. The green element of the dish comes from a leaf vegetable called “morning glory.” This dish has a red curry base with peanuts, red chillies, palm sugar and lime juice.

This curry from E-San district contains no coconut milk and so has a thinner consistency. Lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, chilli and dill make this a very fragrant dish.

A clear curry, traditionally made very spicy although we can make it to your preferred spiciness. With sweet potatoes, shallots, basil, chilli and lime juice.

This curry has a similar consitency to Tom Kah, with coconut milk, lime leaves, lotus roots, lemongrass, shallots, dried chillies, tamarind juice and palm sugar.

47. Gaeng Lueang
A traditional Thai yellow curry introduced to the country's palate by Thai Muslims;much like a “butter chicken” or “korma” with onion and coconut milk, topped with cucumber relish (Al Jard.)

48. Gaeng Dai Muang Khon
A red curry without coconut milk so has a thinner consistancy, with cloves, turmeric, cardamom, palm sugar and cumin. Similar to our Gaeng Pha, traditionally VERY hot.
